I have a very frustrating issue that I'm hoping someone can help me with.



I have my Orbweaver and my Naga plugged into a USB splitter which is plugged into my computer. Sometimes the splitter becomes jostled and both devices will turn off. I don't know if it's because the splitter becomes unplugged or its power plug does. When I secure all the connections, everything comes back on. It only takes a few seconds, so no big.



The problem is that every time this happens, the Orbweaver resets all of my customized keys the the default. I can pull up the Synapse (which is fully updated, I checked this morning) and it will say I have the correct profile active and that my keys should be customized as I want them. I can even change profiles and change keybinds in the synapse, but the Orbweaver doesn't recognize any of that. It will remain the same default settings for keys until I completely restart my computer.



Last night I tried restarting the synapse. That didn't work well, but that may have been because I was trying to do it in the middle of a boss fight. Still, the number of times this happens in the middle of a raid or dungeon is high and it is so VERY frustrating. Please tell me how to fix this?
