I ordered Razer Blade 16 on Jan 30st. Starting Feb 1 DHL is showing the Order is on hold in Hong Kong.

Today is Feb 5th, which is an estimated delivery date but no progress with my parcel.

 

I created a customer support ticket in DHL but since a day there is no response.

 

How can I figure out what is happening with my Order?

I ordered Razer Blade 15 on Jan 31st and the order is on hold in Hong Kong.

Ok, so I got information from DHL:

 

The shipment is on hold because it did not go through security inspection. I (DHL operator) can not see the details. The shipper should contact with his local DHL department for more information.

 

Now I’m curious how to reach Razer. Looks like they don’t manage delivery issues at all.


 


Hope your issue will be resolved soon. Yesterday laptop was "on hold" in Hong Kong.

Less than 24h and it stands on my table in Poland.
