Order done but no command found in my account | Razer Insider

Hello,



I just ordered a mice on Razer store without having a Razer ID. I did receive an email confirmation about my order with the order number (it is a mail that says that they will contact me once the mice is shipped).



in the mail there is a linked 'Status order' (in French), it opens the store but with nothing in the page, no info, nothing. After that I thought maybe I should create an account so I did create an account with the same email I used for the order.

Once created I entered the order number and/or went to order history but I find nothing there. No command, no order history, no status.



I am pretty sure I did screw up at some point because I found out that when ordering without a Razer ID, you could have used your email's order as a password. so I tried it, but I guess by creating a new account I did broke something, I don't know

so here am I. I hope someone could help me.
