order error but it went thru affirm

I ordered the new umbreon and epseon headset collab thru the website without making an account and also used affirm to buy it, i then finished purchasing it when it went to load the thank you for ordering and or order number page i saw a error message and the page reloaded i then since have been trying to find a way to see the order number kr anything and it does say it went thru support as well please help.
