Order "error occurred"

If I use my order number which was sent to my mail for tracking my order it sais "error occurred" what should I do? So I placed my order yesterday April 9th 2026 and got an email confirming my order and gave me an order number, but when I try to track my order it says an error occurred, what is going on?
