Order in processing phase 2 weeks then cancelled after asking about it.

I ordered a laptop on the 28th of November. Said would take 3-4 days to actually ship then 10 days to ship here fine. But yesterday I looked at my order and said was still in processing phase that peeved me off. So I called (and lovely razer has no real people to talk to about online order and customer support only online which I find really stupid.) rather I "instant messaged" about my issue and they said I needed to confirm I am who I am. Alright big order I guess that is security but its been 2 weeks why haven't I been told to do this sooner. How would I have known they needed that without asking them why its been so long without finishing the processing phase. (sorry that really pissed me off like how would i suppose to know this was happening or even a issue.) So the guy or girl who ever was helping me told me I had to let them call my work of business to confirm who I am ? I don't work. So that is not an option. I told them this and they gave me instructions on how to do it. Well obviously I cant do that since I do not work. Then later that day i got email saying my order was canceled and i dont know why im so very confused. AND now that I have free time from my finals I can finally sit here and try sort through it but they have no number to call or anyone to talk to and i tried to "Instant message" them again and "Sorry, no support agents are available at the moment. Please visit our Contact Us , our Community Forums, page or try again during our business hours: 6AM - 10PM PST, 7 days a week." I have been spamming the Im to try get someone for about 3 hours but keeps giving me this. I am 100% at a loss on what to do now. This is more of a rant But if anyone has any help on what to do id love to hear it.

We have a system called "Fraud Check" in place due to the increasing number of fraudulent orders along with charge disputes after successful deliveries. Your order may have been flagged as such for a number of reasons. Do send me your order number and case number so I can get a better understanding of what transpired.
