Order number for blackwidow v4 pro is "wrong"

I ordered the blackwidow v4 pro and it just wasn't what i expected, when i try to start my return it says order number invalid. I tried calling the helpline but it referred me to the online chat, i cannot access it for whatever reason so i called back hoping to talk to a human, it put me on hold for over 10 minutes and then hung up on me. i'm honestly so mad i just want to return it and get my money back, this was NOT cheap.
