Ive recently ordered a Razer Nari Ultimate Dongle replacement for my razer nari essential as i was confused on which one to order since i lost the dongle for my nari essential. I am currently trying to return but when i enter the order number it says it does not recognize the order number and zip code.

    As far as I know, the replacement dongle you bought should work with your headset as they are technically in the same family. Have you tried running the pairing tool for your headset?
