Ive recently ordered a Razer Nari Ultimate Dongle replacement for my razer nari essential as i was confused on which one to order since i lost the dongle for my nari essential. I am currently trying to return but when i enter the order number it says it does not recognize the order number and zip code.

As far as I know, the replacement dongle you bought should work with your headset as they are technically in the same family. Have you tried running the pairing tool for your headset? If not, you can download it from here. Do send me a PM should you need further assistance.
