Good evening,

I hope to write in the right section of the forum. I placed an order today on the EU site (a Cyberpunk 2077 Viper) the payment via paypal was successful (I also have the order number) and the site page also confirmed the order. The problem is that I have not received any confirmation email and I do not see any orders from the site. How can I know if it has been successful?
