So on Nov. 8th, I put an order in for the Razer Stealth. Only to find 8 DAYS later, they canceled my order with no email or information telling me. So 2 days ago, I placed the order again (since it never charged my card) and the progress of the order has been stuck on received after 2 days. It hasn’t even processed the order, yet alone sent me and email saying the received it. This is super frustrating because we called the bank and they said they never cancelled the purchase. It is like Razer refuses to even process my order, as this is the second time this happened.
Does this happen to anyone else??? I tried calling customer service to ask wtf is going on with the order and was put on hold for 2 HOURS.
