I am writing to report an issue with my order RZUSWP [removed by moderator] , which was placed as a guest checkout.
After completing the purchase, I created a Razer account using the same email address used in the order. However, the order does not appear in my account, and I have no visibility into the order status, history, or tracking information. This is unacceptable, as it prevents me from properly managing and monitoring a purchase that has already been completed and paid for.
I expect that orders placed as a guest can be correctly associated with an account created afterward, especially when the same email address is used. At the very least, I should be able to view the order details and current status through my account.
Please manually link this order to my account or provide a clear and immediate solution to grant me full access to the order information. I would appreciate a prompt resolution, as this should be a straightforward fix.
