Order shipped but I can't track it in any way

It's been days since i've been trying to contact the website support, i'm in italy so I can contact Razer only through email or a form and so far i've got one single response after days that was pretty much an automated response and even attached me back my own screenshot I sent them.

So, the thing is this: my friend, from the USA, used my italian account to order from Razer italy a Razer Panthera Evo on black friday, and here everything went alright without any problems. Now, for some reason he has got emails instead of me saying my order was sent on Sunday 1st (probably cause razer got his email from his billing address) and it showed me the email, but if I try to go to my account from the razer store, I see an order with wrong datas and still unsubmitted and even with a totally different order number. I can't see the order with that order number in any way so I can't track my pack. It was supposed to ship in 1-4 days according to the checkout page but 6 days have passed and still nothing. I have to move away in few days but i'm moving to the city near where I am now, so i can still get the pack if I get to know where it is, but without a tracking number it is gonna be incredibly hard. Also, my friend already got charged for the whole cost of the item.
