order status not updating

i had an order that was delivered a while ago couple of weeks and the order status hasnt updated just wondering if this is standard and i have to wait longer or if something went wrong.

I understand that you’re concerned because your order was delivered a couple of weeks ago, but the order status still hasn’t updated. May I ask if you’ve already contacted our support team regarding this issue?

You can submit a support ticket here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support. Once there, navigate to "Contact Razer Support," then select "Razer.com Orders," followed by "Get Order Status”.
