I am getting frustrated, because I had an unsuccessful order two weeks ago and I have tried to reach support in every way, which has also been unsuccessful! I ordered during a good deal which is no longer available. All I want is to retry that purchase. Please take my money and let me purchase that laptop. 

I am going through the exact same thing right now, have you figured anything out? No one has helped me and I just spend $2,000 on a laptop.
