As mentioned in the title, I can't see the order in my account history because I created an account with a suffix to my email address, and there doesn't seem to be any way to open a case with customer support directly through the site. Can provide order number privately.

I live in a rural area and I'm having serious issues with FedEx. I've been on the phone with them 5x, giving them detailed directions to my house, but they've been unable to follow those directions. For some reason, they route Express shipments through a depot 3.5 hours away from me, whereas Ground are routed through a location ~1.5 hours away. Rarely have issues with the latter, but am consistently disappointed with the former. I need to have them hand the order to a different shipper, either USPS or UPS, with whom I have zero issues.
