Ordered a Razer Naga V2 Hyperspeed mouse on June 15, 2024 as a guest account. After submitting the order, my credit card was charged same day however I did not receive an order confirmation email. I waited several days to see if maybe I would only get the shipment confirmation email but that did not come either. At this point, the estimated delivery date of June 27th has come and gone and I have no way of checking the order status. What can I do?
