Hi,

 

I think I may have damaged the cable of my Audio control pod on my original Nommo Pro as it doesn’t seem to be switching on.

I think it’s the cable because it was the day after I fell asleep and woke up with my foot tangled in it.

 

I was hoping to get a replacement Audio control pod even if I have to pay.

I’m not too keen on this new fangled Support system either.
Is there anyway I can actually get in touch with Razer? I’m in the UK.

At this rate if I have to get a whole new set of speakers I won’t be going with Razer.
Which is a shame because I have a lot of Razer peripherals and have been using their products since 2008 but with a support system this bad I don’t see the point sticking with them.
