I own a Razer Wolverine Ultimate controller, model RZ06-0225. The controller works perfectly, but the female connector of the original detachable USB breakaway cable is physically damaged.
The controller is out of warranty, and I am not requesting a free warranty replacement. I would like to purchase an original Razer replacement cable.
Could a Razer Support representative please confirm whether the original cable is still available, provide its exact part number, or help me open a private support case? I am located in Argentina.
I can provide the serial number, photographs and proof of purchase privately if necessary.
