Yesterday I bought a Razer mouse. When I enter the 15 digit alphanumeric serial number via /razercare/warranty page I get an error: "We are unable to locate your serial number in our database."
I have not purchased my mouse directly from Razer. I just need to know my mouse is original or fake. How can I figure it out the originality of my mouse?

The warranty checker is only for peripherals bought through Razer.com, and it’s not a warranty checker itself, but it just check if you’re eligible for additional warranty (Razer Care plan).
If your mouse is detected by Synapse, and it’s possible to register it with RazerID: https://razerid.razer.com/products/new then you’re fine.
