Ornata Chroma V1 not lighting up properly

ive had this keyboard for nearly a year and all of a sudden, the lighting just turns green! ive uninstalled and reinstalled synapse 2 several times and it just stays green. i didnt do anything to do it. please give me tips on getting the lighting restored (btw im on macOS)
