I have an Ornata V2 keyboard, and it has problems with the backlighting. The lights do not turn on consistently after startup. This goes for both a cold start and waking it from sleep. The only way I have been able to get it to work is to quit end the Synapse task in task manager, but I have to do that every time. Along with the lights not working, the volume wheel and other media keys don't work.



I've tried plugging it in to other USB ports, restarting, etc. Nothing seems to work as it should.



I'm thinking that it might be a hardware problem since I can't find anyone else who has had this same problem.



Any amount of help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Have you tried resetting your Razer Ornata V2 via the Razer Synapse 3.0 settings? Should the issue persists, please repair your Razer Synapse 3.0 by following the steps on this link.

I've tried resetting it before, but it didn't do anything. It's working now after a startup, but if it doesn't I will try resetting again and the steps on the link. Thanks!
