Ornata V2 keys are not clicking | Razer Insider

My Ortnata V2s W and Q keys have stopped clicking. They still work when they are pressed, but do not have the same feel or make the sound that the other keys do. 

I believe that this is because the metal piece inside all of the keys is misplaced and is not hitting correctly with the keycap, but even though I have put it in what seems to be the right place it still does not work.

This is quite annoying because of how often the W and Q keys are used in games.

Do you still have active warranty for it? If yes, I’d RMA it.

If not, then I’d remove the keycap and try to bend the metal “spring” a bit, so it’ll click again.

I don't have an active warranty for it, and I tried bending the spring back to how all the others are, but they still won't click.
