That's a bummer. Does the issue persists regardless if the Synapse app is running or not? Any chance you can also test it on a different PC for further isolation? Otherwise, it's highly likely a hardware problem. PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other workarounds to help you resolve the problem. Thanks!
