I had the same issue as user asscobra (post 1 year ago).
Media keys on my ornata v2 stop woking when synapse v3 is load on windows.
I did the following steps:
- reset the keyboard in synaspe
- use drivercleanup
- repair/ reinstall synapse v3
and the issue still occurs when synapse is running.
When i use my ornata v2 on another computer without synapse the media keys works fine
Please could you help me ?

Hi!
Like the title says, the mute Button (Scroll Wheel Klick) stops working the minute Synapse has loaded. Before that, it works fine. When i quit Synapse, it works fine again. When i reload Synapse, it stops working again. Everything else seems to be fine. I already tried to reinstall Synapse, no difference. An ideas?
