Ornata V2 media keys and volume wheel

Hi, I recently bought an Ornata V2 keyboard but the volume wheel and media keys are not working. The mute feature is still working when I push in the wheel but cant adjust the volume, play/pause, or skip forward or back. Wondering if anybody has found a resolution for this problem or experiencing similar issues as one of the main reasons I bought this keyboards was the volume wheel Thanks

    I have Synapse 3 installed but I have tried it with and without it being installed with no change
