I have problem with my volume control roller.

It doesn't respond to tapping and scrolling,

but if I change its task in Synapse it works(run calculator or other).

Also it works before the Synapse starts after power on.

Reinstall Synapse, delete keyboard from device Manager, creating a new profile, reset parameters in Synapse settings - still not working. Reconnection USB solves the problem, but after reboot it doesn't work again.

Hey there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Have you tried logging in as a guest user in Razer Synapse 3.0 and check if the issue persists? Please reset the keyboard by going to the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings and see if it helps.
Logging in as a guest, reset the keyboard doesn't help.
