My Ornata V2's Synapse 3 app can no longer start on my PC, Windows 10. The keyboard lights are on in their default mode but the Synapse 3 app can no longer be opened. The “do you want this app to make changes to your device” pop-up comes, I click yes, it comes up again, etc.

It’s meant to work upon Start-Up of course. I recently disabled it as part of troubleshooting for another program, and re-enabled Razer Synapse 3 and its services after the other program was working again. Synapse 3 then did the pop-up upon my signing in, and I am unsuccessful in allowing it to make changes to my device.

I would greatly appreciate your help in making my product work as intended again.
