Subject: Ornata V3 Chroma Profile Compatibility Issue
Dear Razer Support Team,
I recently purchased the Ornata V3 keyboard. However, when I download Chroma profiles from the Razer website, they do not seem to be compatible with my keyboard. I can only use the predefined profiles listed there.
Are there any Chroma profiles compatible with the Ornata V3, or am I missing something in the setup process? I would appreciate your assistance.
