Hi, I purchased the above keyboard at Duty Free in Brazil. I am unable to register my product. I have the original box, invoice, serial number and product number. I have tried a couple of times to register but the system will not accept the number.
Also, I have a problem with 3 keys on the keyboard that repeats when typed. I have checked the firmware; drivers are up to date. The keys are f(when typed a g) appears, g (h) and h (j) are working together. It makes it impossible for me to use the keyboard.
All help would be appreciated.
