I received an Ornata V3 keyboard as a birthday gift around 2 or 3 years ago. Ever since the first day of receiving it, there have been a few keys unable to use, such as E, 1, and F6. When I contacted the supplier for a warranty claim, i didnt have the convenience to ship it to the supplier. Now I'm pretty sure the warranty has ended, but I'm just trying to find a service center in Malaysia that could fix my keyboard
