I have a brand new Ornata v3 TKL, used around 3 hours. I quickly noticed that the home key is not working well. It’s quite random, working around 50-70% of the time.
I have tried all the suggested fixes for related problems.
When I bind Home to another key (e.g. del key), the function works fine. Seems likely that it’s a manufacturing defect for that key?
I tried to show the problem to support at the shop, without much success. I was even told that it’s normal that keys don’t work every time.
This video is an attempt to show the problem. 16 out of 23 key presses are picked up. All other keys work 100%.
The problem is really quite random. In some cases all key presses get registered, and in other cases it’s like in the video.
Tested on another computer with same result.
It’s tempting to think it could be related to OS/software, but if I rebind another key to Home it works perfectly.
