Ornata V3 X lights are not properly working

 as you can see despite of wheel profile is selected, it is working like spectrum not like a wheel. IT’s the same at Audio visualizer when i open a music all keys are lighting and all are the same.

 

It’s same at ripple, normally it should lighten only the keys which i pressed, and it must go slowly to borders but when i click one button whole keyboard is lighting at same color.

 

I have Windows 11 Pro 23H2 (Build 22631, 4037) all updates are installed.

I have latest version of razer synapse (including modules chroma vizualiser, studio etc.)

I have just bought this keyboard, it has been only 2 days and that light effect have never work properly.

Just bought and tried this one and can confirm it is designed this way on purpose. The entire keyboard is considered one single light and can only switch from one color to another. It is incapable of doing anything more detailed than that.

Yup, you’re right.

It’s a single zone keyboard.

If you want keyboard with per-key Chroma check the BlackWidow / Huntsman or Deathstalker V2 series keyboards.
