ORNATAv2 and Kraken Kitty Edition not registering on Razer ID

Hello, I have been trying to register my keyboard and two headsets I have that I got a few years back (my first headset broke so I bought a same one again) but I cant register them. I was able to register all my other razer products I have two mouses, a webcam, earpods and a light up mouse pad and I had no problem with either of them. I dont know if I am doing something wrong while registering them or if thay are old or something. could I get some assistance with this?
