I bought a mice razer orochi v2 and the code bar above serial number along with small part of one number from the serial is missing, I know 100% that’s an 8 but after trying to register my product over 15 times both on synapse and on site I still can’t get it done, I don’t care much about warranty just wanna be able to use macros for gaming...also tried with synapse 2,3 and 4...none of them recognize my product or the serial number..
