Orochi v2 Button 4 Not Working

I purchased this Orochi v2 last year, and about 2 months ago, button 4 simply stopped working; I press the button and there’s simply no input being detected at all.

I’ve been troubleshooting/researching for a while and simply can’t figure out what to do.

I’ve completely removed all Razer software and firmware from my computer and reinstalled, downloading the firmware found on the Razer website, however I’m unable to update the firmware on the mouse itself due to it needing to be in Bluetooth mode, and I’m unable to enter Pairing Mode since button 4 doesn’t work.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I could try next?
