orochi v2 disconnects and reconnects

hello, i’ve had this orochi v2 for a little over a year now. it first started doing this like 3 months ago and at first i didn’t mind but it only got worse and its basically unusable now. the dongle has always been connected directly to the motherboard and i tried deleting and re-instaling synapse but nothing worked. can someone please help me

Did the issue occur when using the device via Bluetooth or the wireless dongle connection? To isolate the issue, please ensure that your Razer Orochi V2 firmware is updated and try using the pairing utility available here.
