I just got my mouse brand new, when i put the dongle in the computer and switched the mouse to 2,4 mode it worked for at most 1 minute before it stopped working. Then it switched between being connected to unconnected until i took the dongle out. Bluetooth works fine and i have switched batteries multiple times, i got the sound notification everytime a usb connection gets pulled out or in and i can hear it disconnecting.

Hello there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, then drop me a message via PM along with your Orochi’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
