Hello, my dongle just randomly stopped working.

I tried to RMA but it said my Orochi was out of warranty. I thought it was a 2-year warranty? I bought it from Amazon September 2022.

I tried reaching out through support chat but the submit button wasn’t working.

Am I out of luck? I’ve had the same issue with the V1 Orochi.
