I bought 2 days ago mouse Razer Orochi V2 and Hammerhead True wireless .
The mouse is not found in Synapse . Tryed to upgrade from Synapse 3 to 4 but still mouse cant be found . Tryed on Wifi dongle and bluetooth but still nothing . Mouse is working properly , but my idea was to use macro for my MMORPG game thats why i bought it , but now …. its nothing more than casual wifi mouse .The problem is on my gaming laptop also on desktop PC too , so i exlude problem with my computers . Looking for help , ty
The problem with the Hammerheads is almost the same . They are working good (yes they are working ) but again Razer audio program cant find them . Tryed on my both phone ( iOS & Android ) but still nothing . They canot be found and i cant use EQ and etc ...
