Orochi V2 – Intermittent Malfunction and Cursor Issues

Hello, my Razer Orochi V2  has several issues: the green LED randomly turns off or flashes, the cursor freezes, moves upward pixel by pixel, or suddenly teleports to the bottom of the screen, and clicks are sometimes delayed. Sometimes the mouse works normally for like 3 hours, then suddenly freezes and stops working completely. I have replaced the battery, restarted my PC, and tested the mouse on another computer, but the problem keeps coming back. i even try driver or firmware put it say it okay

Does it make any difference when the Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Let me know via PM along with your Orochi V2’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
