I’ve had the Orochi V2 mouse for a few months now. Almost 1 month the 2.4ghz connection connects, disconnects, connects again, disconnects again, etc. Constantly, non-stop. (Bluetooth working well). It’s very frustrating. I’ve tried reinserting the battery, trying a new battery, using different USB ports, trying on a different PC/laptop, uninstalling new drivers, updates, you name it. If anyone has a fix or solution, I would greatly appreciate it as I cannot find anything online with a working fix. Thanks.

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? What about updating its firmware? If the issue persists, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for some options.
