Orochi V2 USB dongle issues

I’ve had the Orochi V2 mouse for a few months now. For the first two months or so, it worked very well with no issues. However, for the last few months, The 2.4ghz connection connects, disconnects, connects again, disconnects again, etc. Constantly, non-stop. It’s very frustrating. I’ve tried reinserting the battery, trying a new battery, using different USB ports, trying on a different PC/laptop, uninstalling new drivers, updates, you name it. If anyone has a fix or solution, I would greatly appreciate it as I cannot find anything online with a working fix. Thanks.
