I don't receive my OTP code on my phone despite trying a lot of times, I want to reset my 2FA but since I can't use otp nor back up codes don't know what to do...I need help pls

Razer has a dedicated team handling all Razer Gold and Silver-related concerns, such as unreceived OTP or resetting 2FA. It’s best that you submit a support ticket directly to them through here: https://gold.razer.com/ticket-inbox/submit. If you already have an existing ticket, PM me with the case number via PM, and I will coordinate with the relevant team for an update.
