I’m having a problem in my OTP codes and so I cannot proceed to my purchase and also cannot change my 2-step authentication or get my backup codes because again no OTP is arriving. I need help please.

 

I've been having the same issue for the whole day. Did you try submitting a ticket? That's what I did, now I'm just waiting for them to fix it so I can proceed with my purchase
