My Razer Viper Ultimate (V1) is approximately 3 years old and is out of warranty. The mouse works perfectly when connected by USB, but the wireless USB dongle continuously disconnects and reconnects. I have tested the dongle directly on multiple USB ports and on a completely different computer, with the same result. Razer Synapse has also been uninstalled to rule out software conflicts. I believe the wireless dongle is no longer working properly, possibly due to wear-and-tear. I am looking to purchase an original replacement Viper Ultimate wireless dongle. Could you please check whether one is available in Canada? Or if there is another option available such as a replacement dongle (Razer HyperSpeed Wireless)?

+1It has to be Viper Ultimate dongle. You can try contacting Razer Support: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support but really doubt if they’ll have any - probably you’ll find faster used one somewhere on eBay for eg.
