Over scratched my 7.1 activation code on my Blackshark V2X and now cannot read the code.



Went to the support page to request a new code and it saids "The 7.1 Surround Sound code for this model is not available, please click here to contact customer support." after entering all the required info.....



Some help would be appreciate it.
