Over a week now, I have submitted five different cases about my over Scratched cards but Razer keeps sending me a mail that my case is closed. Don't you assist your customers or are you guys this wicked? I even chatted with a support, he promised to help document my case to the appropriate team but to my surprised the next day I got another mail that my case ticket is closed. I am so angry with the Razer team. This is shit
