Hi Community!
I have had my Overwatch Deathadder Elite for a while now and only recently, I have had the most frustrating problem, my mouse keeps randomly disconnecting and reconnecting. I would be in a game like CS:GO and the mouse would disconnect (hearing the Windows disconnect sound) and reconnecting in bursts, usually 3 times in a row. I can't play any games properly and it is getting frustrating.
Sometimes my Overwatch Blackwidow Chroma would do it, the lights would freeze and the key would stick. Submitted a ticket last week and it has not been tended to. I love my products but it's preventing me from gaming at the moment. So here is the troubleshooting I have done so far, I have:
- Performed a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse 3.
- Attempted to repair Synapse 3 through Windows Settings
- Made sure USB devices associated with the mouse are not ticked with "Allow sleep device to save power"
- Tried different ports
- Tried on other machines; my work laptop which doesn't have Synapse does it but less frequently, the cursor stops for a moment. My Macbook has Razer Synapse 2 v1.88.20 and does the same thing, again less frequently, keyboard works fine though.
Not sure what to do here, I would like some guidance on this tbh I think it's a hardware problem rather than a Synapse/Driver problem. Then again it happens less frequently with Synapse uninstalled, which confuses me even more. Thanks for taking the time to read this post, I look forward to a reply

I had the same problem while I bought my keyboard only 2 weeks ago. I've tried everything and nothing works. I saw the problem was ongoing for 2 years at least.
Only uninstalling Synapse 3 seems to fix the problem but then you can't use all the functionality of the product.
So I decided to never buy Razer again and I went back to exchange my keyboard with another brand.
Wish you luck
