Package Returned to Sender

I recently ordered several items from Razer and they were separated into three different shipments. One of these shipments said it was unable to be delivered and is being returned to sender (I just discovered this today and was not made aware of it).
How exactly does this process work?
Do I need to request a refund or is it automatic? 
Will Razer try to send the package again once it is received on their end?

Very frustrated, any help would be appreciated.
