Early February my barracuda x wireless transmitor broke. So I decided to buy a new one at razer's website. I was told that my package would come on the 15th Little did I know that my package would not arrive. I thought it would be delayed since my area was currently going through a snow storm. I waited & waited and still nothing. If I could I would contact them via email since there support team doesn't really help with these kind of problems. But they don't have one. I at least want my money back or the product I ordered.
